Happy April!

It's a new month and that means we have a new Psalm and Missionary to focus on. I thought I'd take a minute to introduce you to these headlining announcements.

Let's start with the Psalm. April's Psalm of the Month is #2B, "Why Do Heathen Nations Rage?". Learning this Psalm is a great way to store the Word in our hearts. Personally, I struggle with scripture memorization. But as soon as it's set to music, I can learn it quickly and remember it for a long time. The Trinity Psalter Hymnal has an app that you can download and use to learn this month's Psalm (and it's tune!). The app is $10, but well worth it. Just skip the coffee shop for a day or two, buy the app, and get a head start on learning our Psalm of the month! We will be singing it every Sunday, so let's "tune our hearts to sing Thy praise!"

I also would like to introduce you to Aaron and Rachel Halbert, our Missionary of the Month! The Halberts serve in Tegucigalpa, Honduras with Mission to the World. In 2017, alongside a national partner, Rev. Halbert planted Iglesia Presbiteriana Gracia Soberana. Rachel and their five kids enjoy serving alongside Aaron by opening their home through hospitality and finding ways to build relationships in the church and community. The hope and prayer for the coming years is to continue church planting, establish a seminary, develop an internship program for potential church planters, start a campus ministry, and open a publishing house. Please join us in praying intentionally for the Halberts and their mission.

That's all for this week! I hope you have a great start to your April and that you will join me in my excitement for our new Missionary and Psalm of the Month.

Yours in Christ,

Rachael McIntosh
Director of Media and Communications
