Morning Guest Minister | Dr. Jonathan L. Master

Dr. Jonathan L. Master serves as President of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Taylors, SC, a Trustee of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, and an Associate Editor of the Banner of Truth Magazine. With over 20 years of pastoral experience, he is a Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). His Ph.D. is in Reformation and Post-Reformation theology from the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland. He and his wife Elizabeth and their two daughters live in the Greenville area, where they attend the Second Presbyterian Church of Greenville.

Evening Guest Minister | Rev. Dr. Matthew Tyler

Rev. Dr. Matthew Tyler is the senior pastor of First Baptist Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Rev. Tyler graduated with a BA in Intercultural Ministries and has received a Masters of Divinity (MBTS) and a Doctor of Ministry (SEBTS) in Expository Preaching. He and his wife Laura have been married for nineteen years, and they have two lovely daughters, Haley and Ana.

Friendship Sunday & Fellowship Meal | Sunday, March 12

The purpose of friendship Sunday is to warmly invite unchurched (or de-churched) friends, family, and neighbors to Christ Church, for worship and fellowship over lunch immediately after the morning service. Please mark your calendars for this special day. Who will you invite to friendship Sunday on Lord’s Day, March 12th? 

Belle Hall Good News Club

Christ Church Presbyterian is supporting a Good News Club at Belle Hall Elementary weekly on Wednesdays from 2:30-4:00 PM. We praise the Lord for his faithfulness in growing  the  club from 4 to 17 kids! Please be praying for this Good News Club and those involved. Because of the increase in attendance, we are in need of more volunteers. Summerville Good News Club

Christ Church Presbyterian is supporting the Good News Club that meets at Beyond Basic Life Skills each week on Monday from 3:15 to 4:30. Please be praying for this gospel ministry to adults with intellectual disabilities.  If you are interested in assisting with these special children/adults, please reach out to Helen Royal (helenroyal@me.com).
