Dearest Christ Church Family,

The 10th Anniversary Celebration truly was a banner day! Together we raised an Ebenezer stone to commemorate God’s grace and faithfulness to our congregation over the past decade. May this celebration be etched on our hearts and minds for years to come, ever reminding us to “Hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful” (Heb. 10:23). 

On behalf of our leadership, I would like to offer sincere thanks to all those who helped to make our 10th Anniversary so special. Many thanks to Mr. Nathan Guthrie, who served not only as the chief organizer and point person for the celebration, but also exercised his artistic talents by designing the beautiful Christ Church 10th Anniversary shield which appeared on the front of last week’s bulletin. You will also have an opportunity to order swag with this 10th anniversary shield, (link will be sent out via email). Many thanks to Mr. Jake Earle, Mr. Matt and Mrs. Jamie Pepin (A/V and photos), Mrs. Marla Payne and Dr. Matt Watson (slideshow), Mr. Andrew Pankratz (commemorative plaque), the deacons and other volunteers, the Kitchen Crew, and Miss Rachael McIntosh for serving in numerous ways. Also, did you see the flower arrangements? Amazing! Many thanks to Mrs. Helen Royal and the Flower Ladies for arranging the beautiful flowers for the table settings at Alhambra Hall.  

The Lord is faithful! May His ineffable love and faithfulness foster in us a renewed zeal to glorify His name and reach our neighbors and the nations for Christ.
